Mucho Hucho Super Sinker and Hucho Game Changer
Good news for Huchen fishermen! After more than two years of uncertainty, it has become possible to produce private label lines at RIO again. I invested a lot of thought and testing into the lines and it was worth it. Now both the Mucho Hucho Super Sinker and the LoWater line are available. This is sold under the name Hucho Game Changer. The Triple Density line is significantly shorter than the Super Sinker but very flexible, as it can be optimally adapted to the casting weight of the rod as well as its length using RIO's Mow-Tips or normal T-Tips in various weight variations and sink rates. Huchen fishing news! After more than two years of stalling, private label lines could be produced again via RIO. I invested a lot of thought and testing into the new lines and it was worth it. Now both the Mucho Hucho Super Sinker and the low water SH are available. The low water shooting head is sold under the name Hucho Game Changer. This Triple Density shooting head is significantly shorter than the Super Sinker but very flexible, as it can be optimally adapted to the casting weight of the rod as well as its length by using RIO's Mow-Tips or T-Tips in various weight variations and sink rates.
The idea behind the design of the two lines is that the entire system of shooting head including leader should not be too long in order to keep the huchen streamer "in the surf" before the presentation cast, as I like to say, i.e. it must not sink under any circumstances, as it can only be presented at distances of up to 20 m and more by using a shot roll cast (not to be confused with a switch cast) if there is no backspace. This is the only way a huchen fisherman can remain very flexible in terms of choosing the spot. With the overhead cast, significantly greater casting distances are of course possible, but in many places there is simply not enough backspace.
The Mucho Hucho Super Sinker
This heavy but tapered shooting head that has become very popular in the huchen fishing scene is designed for fishing at higher water levels and deeper spots. It s available in the following lengths and weight classes:
625 grain: [nbsp] 15 ft / 4.57 m, Weight: 25 gr / 40.4 g 750 grain: Length: 17 ft / 5.18 m, Weight: 750 gr / 48.5 g
The Hucho Game Changer
This is the low water line that I called LoWater during the two-year test phase. It is a triple-density base (Fl/Int/S3) that is adjusted to the rod and water level in terms of length and weight using tungsten tips. It is also available in two weight classes. In the lighter version, it might also be used as a shooting head for a single hand rod .
360 grain: 10.5 ft. / 3.2 m, weight: 350 gr. / 23 g 425 grain: Length: 11 ft / 3.35 m, weight: 425 gr. / 27.5 g

The implementation was made possible by the good cooperation with Rudi Heger, who, as the regional representative for RIO, continues to sell the lines.
