After having been contacted by Brian from Canada in regard of the fly tying instructions of the Minky-Mouse I have updated the Minky-Mouse page. You can now find some new instructions there as well as tube fly patterns which I use for larger species like the Hucho. Of course they also work well for pike. Give it  a try!
