Gregor Štepec (SLO)

Gregor "Greg " Štepec is an excellent fly fishing guide and fly tying instructor. He speaks English fluently, so communication is no problem. He is a very calm and polite person and easy to get along with. He was guiding me for Danube Salmon (Hucho hucho) in February 2018 and I can only recommend him. Most guides do not like guiding for Hucho as fishing for this species is always dependent on the situation at site. So does Greg. However we were very lucky and he netted a really good Danube Salmon for me.

He likes guiding for trout and grayling much more, although he knows the spots where the big Danube Salmon are hiding, too.
